A atividade \u00e9 gratuita e tem como objetivo, refor\u00e7ar a capacidade de percep\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio corpo e da rela\u00e7\u00e3o com o outro e o ambiente. A carga hor\u00e1ria \u00e9 de 20 horas e os interessados devem se inscrever atrav\u00e9s de e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>As t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas pela ministrante englobam treinamentos de alongamento, consci\u00eancia corporal e prepara\u00e7\u00e3o corporal para espet\u00e1culos.
